A person's culture is usually what their traditional practices are. It is the lifestyle of a group of people who share beliefs and practices such as religion, cultural wearing of a particular garments, food and language.
Identity is the characteristic of a person who displays the importance to these practices. They may do so by wearing the clothes that their culture would normally wear or they may speak the language though it may differ from the other people in their community.
We can determine a person's cultural identity by the practices they exhibit publicly. it is important to be able to be identified to a culture because we all share meaning with someone else. If there is no one to be socially identified to it can cause any individual to feel socially exiled and excluded from many activities.
